1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy defines the terms and conditions for refunding digital goods (software) purchased on the website GameWebs.RU.
2. Refund Conditions
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, refunds for digital goods delivered electronically are not provided after download access has been granted.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
- The product was not provided (download access was not granted) within 24 hours of payment
- The product has significant defects that prevent its intended use, and the Seller has not resolved them within a reasonable period
- An erroneous double payment was made for the same product
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact the Website Administration within 7 days of payment, providing:
- Order number or payment ID
- Email used during registration
- Reason for the request
4. Processing Time
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Balance Refunds
Funds deposited to the account balance may be refunded upon request if they have not been used for purchases. Refunds are processed minus payment system fees.
6. Refund Denial
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- The buyer has downloaded the product files
- The buyer has activated the license key
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
- The product does not work due to not meeting the system requirements listed in the description
